We commissioned our site with the following aims in mind.
  1. Security - The security of our customer's payment is our top priority in the online shopping environment. All payments are made through a secure third party payment gateway. This service is provided by Protx, a UK leader in online payment security.
  2. Privacy - We can assure you that the information that you provide us will not be shared with anyone else. Please see our Privacy Statement Page for more info.
  3. Ease of Use - We believe that the design of our site provides an easy and intuitive way to find the products you require. Select Product types from the Products drop down menu above, or click New Releases or Special Offers to find what you are looking for. You can also enter a keyword in the search box at the bottom of the page.

Delivery Information and Returns Policy

  1. Delivery Information - We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.
  2. Returns Policy - If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided you return your goods in perfect condition, with all packaging, to us at the address shown on the Contact page. Before returning any goods please phone our office for advice.
  3. Damages - Please inform us within 24 hours upon receipt of your goods regarding any damages or faults. Failure to do so within this time may affect any returns.
